How do I get to camp?
The AND Camp is located in Copake, NY.
Check out the private camper Discord to arrange carpooling with other campers.
There are trains arriving at the Wassaic Station (Harlem Line from Grand Central) every 1-2 hours.
If you're traveling from New York City, there are several trains from Grand Central to Wassaic Station on the Metro-North Harlem Line.

Option 1: Early Train
Thursday, September 17th
9:46 AM – 12:14 PM (Grand Central to Wassaic Station)
If you take this train, you'll need to arrange transportation from Wassaic Station to Camp Pontiac in advance. Here are a few local transportation options:

Option 2: Camp Shuttle
Thursday, September 17th
11:44 AM – 2:10 PM (Grand Central to Wassaic Station)
We'll provide a shuttle bus departing Wassaic Station at 2:30 PM and heading directly to Camp Pontiac.
Please reserve your seat in advance using the arrival form, then purchase your shuttle ticket here.

Return Shuttle (Sunday)
We'll also provide a shuttle back to Wassaic Station on Sunday, September 20th.

Arrives at Wassaic Station in time for the 12:15 PM train to Grand Central (arriving in NYC at 2:43 PM).

What time should I arrive & plan on leaving?
Campers can arrive beginning at 1pm Thursday. Check-in will be between 1-4pm. Our first workshop will begin promptly at 4:15pm Thursday, September 17, 2026.

We will have breakfast and a closing activity on Sunday. Check-out will be at 11:30am Sunday.

Sheets and towels will be provided but we ask that anyone who is driving bring their own blankets and pillow.

What is the schedule like?
All campers will participate in five improv workshops during camp. You will have one free block on Friday and one on Saturday. You can use that time to relax, join one of our fun camper-led workshops, or hop into an improv jam! Evenings will have performances by instructors with songs around the campfire a few nights! Three meals a day are included in your camp registration. There will be optional morning yoga.

Is there a laundromat nearby?
There is a laundromat called "Laundryland" in Great Barrington, MA (which is 15-20 minutes from camp).
