The AND Camp 2027: Refund & Transfer Policy

We know plans can change, so here’s how our refund and transfer policy works. We want you to feel good about signing up while making sure we can plan and prepare for an amazing camp experience for everyone!

Deposits & Payments

A $250 deposit saves your spot at The AND Camp. This deposit is non-refundable, but it goes toward your total camp registration fee of $740. The remaining balance of $490 is due January 15, 2027.

Cancellations & Refunds

If your plans change and you need to cancel, we understand! The amount refunded will depend on when you let us know in writing.

On or before January 1, 2027: You will receive a $490 refund.
January 2–March 1, 2027: You will receive a $450 refund.
March 2–March 31, 2027: You will receive a $400 refund.
April 1–April 30, 2027: You will receive a $200 refund.
May 1, 2027, onward: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds, as camp expenses will already be committed.

Refunds apply to your $740 camp registration fee only. Your initial $250 deposit is non-refundable.

Private Room Upgrades

If you purchased a private room upgrade for $250 and need to cancel your registration, you’ll receive a $50 refund of the private room upgrade fee, regardless of when you cancel. The remaining $200 of the upgrade fee is non-refundable.

Any applicable registration refund will be issued separately, according to the cancellation schedule above.

Transfers

Can't make it after all? You're welcome to transfer your registration to another camper until April 1, 2027. Just let us know in writing so we can update our records.

You and the person taking your spot will arrange payment or reimbursement directly between yourselves. The new camper will take over your existing workshop schedule and cabin assignments, subject to any necessary adjustments or venue requirements.

A $100 administrative fee applies to each transfer. You and the person taking your spot can decide between yourselves who will cover the fee.
