The AND Camp Refund & Transfer Policy

We know plans can change, so here’s how our refund and transfer policy works:

Deposits
A $250 deposit saves your spot at The AND Camp. This deposit is non-refundable, but it does go toward your total camp fee. The balance of $449 will be due April 15, 2026.

Private room cancellations made before April 1, 2026 will be entitled to a $50 refund. 

​

Full Payments
Starting in January 2026, you can pay your full balance or purchase a ticket for $699.
If you’ve paid in full and need to cancel, you can receive a $350 refund if you make your request before May 1, 2026.

After May 1, 2026, we’re unable to offer refunds since camp expenses will already be set in motion.

Transfers
Can’t make it after all? You’re welcome to transfer your registration to another camper up until September 1, 2026. Just let us know in writing so we can update our records.

In Summary:

• $250 deposit — non-refundable

• $699 full payment — $350 refund available if canceled before May 1, 2026

• No refunds after May 1, 2026

• Transfers accepted until September 1, 2026
